Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

An exclusive accommodation where you experience proximity to nature, people, the sea, miles of fine sandy beaches, smaller towns and a plethora of different artists. Our guests are completely on their own. Before arrival, you can be sure that the house is extra carefully cleaned with regard to disinfection of table surfaces, kitchen benches, sinks, toilets, faucets and handles, etc. We do this as an extra protection for our guests as we have Covid-19 in fresh memory.

Architect-designed summer paradise near the sea. The accommodation consists of 2 houses, one of which contains a bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, shower/toilet. In the second house, there are 3 bedrooms, shower and toilet plus a laundry room. Around the houses, there is a wooden deck and a large garden overlooking the field and evening sun. 3 guest rooms with a total of 5 single beds, 2 of which can be converted into double rooms. On the ground floor, there is a large room, kitchen, dining room with access to the garden, fireplace and small toilet with washing machine/dryer. On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with shower, a single room and a double room with a large wardrobe. The house has 2-3 desks and a well-equipped kitchen with American fridge/freezer. Appears clean and new. Furnished with new beds and sofa, but antiques have also been given their place.

Welcome to our beachfront oasis at the gateway to Österlen! The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023 and is only 800 meters from the beach, offering a cozy barbecue area and stunning views. Perfect for couples or small families looking for relaxation and proximity to nature. Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories! If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

From the accommodation, it is 200 meters to a several-kilometer-long sandy beach with shallow water. From Yngsjö, you have a good starting point to get to and around Österlen. If you want a wider range of grocery stores, restaurants, bars and pastry shops, Åhus is about 7 kilometers away. There is a bike path all the way between Yngsjö and Åhus.
