Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Yonghe District

房源非常不錯，重點房東人很好，回覆速度迅速，可惜的是Airbnb 收太高的平台費了，以後有機會直接入住會更省😍😍

I came to Taipei to study for 3 months and the apartment was a perfect location for long term stay. The neighborhood is clean and relatively quiet, the apartment is kept clean and TzuHan always responded quickly and kindly to any request about the accommodations. I had some initial concerns about the lack of cooking in the kitchen, but it turns out there are so many close and affordable places to get takeaway food that it never even came up. There's an elevator in the building and an MRT station just down the street, so it's very convenient for a wider variety of mobility levels. There are some unique things about Taiwan that might take getting used to like disposing of trash, but Tzu-Han does a good job helping explain things to visitors. I highly recommend this host and accomodation to anyone, but especially for long term stays and those who might struggle with stairs /long distances.

Mika's place is an art oasis. She has put a lot of thought into each individual piece (books, art, decor) in her apartment. I delayed my arrival for two days and she was great to communicate with. After coming from Hong Kong, it was great to be in the peaceful environment. It is very close to the train to commute anywhere within Taipei. The room is a lot bigger than it looks in pictures, gets a lot of light, and is extremely private. Her living room is amazing as well to comfortably hang out. She recommended to art exhibits to go to, and other local recommendations. Having conversations with her was also great. I hope we stay in touch and look to stay again when visiting Taipei!

Although Cookie wasn’t able to assist with the check-in on the day of my arrival, she ensured the process went smoothly and seamlessly with the help of her warm and friendly aunt. Cookie was also very accommodating and flexible with my needs. Thanks to their guidance, getting around Taipei was effortless. The house dog is absolutely adorable and friendly, aside from some occasional barking (which is completely normal and tolerable). I would highly recommend staying here if you're planning to visit Taipei. The area is home to several bars and restaurants and, while it’s not as busy or crowded as Ximending, it’s still very accessible with the metro just five minutes away.

Had a very pleasant stay over at Olifa's place! Reaching the MTR Station was a breeze and inbetween locations you can easily find any store for whatever your journey may require. Yonghe District is breathing with life; exploration or simply walking around was amazing.. if you are looking for a local experience you will definitely enjoy it here. Often i would visit the Yonghe Night Market on my return trip home after a day's worth of travel. It must be mentioned that Olifa’s place is conveniently located away from busy road traffic and feels quite relaxed at any time of day.. this was a pleasant bonus for sure. My room was adequate; i was able to have a good night's rest and feel ready to take on the next day. If there we're any issues the host would take care of it immediately; Olifa ensured my experience felt welcoming and comfy all the way through. The house cats are damn cute and make for great company and at times i could enjoy conversation with other roommates as well. I remained for a total of three weeks and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for convencience and a fantastic location to boot!

在西門附近要找到方便又便宜的地方不是選擇太多，加上酒店的服務是好但不夠人性化。 Gianni的居所性價比高兼且地點一流，只要十分鐘以內就是捷運西門站；不過地點是恬靜的住宅區，晚上能夠不受噪音滋擾。 就算不是座落在熱鬧煩囂的遊客區，但從居所五分鐘內的路程就找到各式美食；要到伴手禮超市只不過是十五分鐘左右的時間。 Giannai上載的相片反映了真實情況，抵埗時你會的而且確找到家的感覺因為你會感受到他的細心安排。

優質的房間 離捷運很近很方便

8명 친구들과 여행하며 묵은 숙소입니다. 독특한 내부 인테리어가 인상 깊습니다. 정돈은 잘 되어있는 편이고 소가전들도 잘 갖춰져 있는 편입니다. 위치는 지하철 역에서 가까워서 이동하기 편리했고 주변이 조용하여 좋았습니다. 즐겁게 놀고 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 아쉬운 점도 있는데, 노출 콘크리트 벽과 천장, 우드 가벽과 같은 마감재들이 사람이 생활하는 집 보다는 촬영용 스튜디오 같은 느낌을 줍니다. 주방 벽도 노출 콘크리트라 돌가루 같은게 떨어집니다. 식사 준비 하기엔 좋은 환경은 아니었어요. 화장실 벽도 우드에 페인트칠 되어있는데 곰팡이가 피어있습니다. 가뜩이나 습한 대만에서 물을 쓰는 공간의 벽이 타일이 아닌 것이 잘 이해가 되지 않네요. 독특한 인테리어 구조는 딱 도면과 사진에서만 아름답습니다. 여러모로 건축물 자체로만 봤을 땐 완성도가 아쉬움이 많이 남습니다. 호스트의 서비스는 매우 좋았고, 소통도 잘 되어서 그 점은 매우 좋았습니다. 캐주얼한 숙소를 찾는다면 추천하지만 잘 지어진, 생활하기 좋은 숙소로는 그다지 추천하지 않습니다. 그래도 감사했습니다! 이 피드백으로 더 좋은 숙소가 되길 기원합니다.

Superb Location, Perfect for Solo Travelers or CouplesI booked this Airbnb for my mom, who’s in her late 70s, and she had an excellent stay! The standout feature is its phenomenal location—just minutes from mass transit and great restaurants, making it a breeze to explore. It’s ideal for a single traveler or couple, though the space is small, so keep that in mind if you need more room. Cleanliness and comfort were pleasant, and the host was amazingly responsive and accommodating with small requests. One day, the toilet flush malfunctioned, but the host immediately responded and resolved it the same day while my mom was out—top-notch service! The value for money felt spot-on, and there’s even a laundry facility in the building, which was a nice bonus. My mom loved the place, had no trouble getting around, and has already recommended it to her friends, who’ll be booking soon. It’s a gem if you prioritize location and don’t mind a cozy setup—highly recommend!

首先房東很好很熱情，有一直密切聯繫我們，所以入住流程很清楚很快捷，服務非常好。 這是一間很舒適很乾淨的公寓，環境清靜，附近有很多小餐廳和便利店，交通也方便，最近距離的車站也不遠，步行7-9分鐘就能到達。 三間房間的空間很大，每一間房間都有獨立提供吹風機，一次性梳洗用品。 客廳有一部投影機，可以有大螢幕看免費電影，廚房的抽屜裏也有很多不同的桌遊，適合一群人一起娛樂玩。 基本的煮食用具，洗衣機，日常用品幾乎全部都有提供，不需要自己額外購買，非常方便~ 唯一美中不足的是需要爬樓梯上三樓，因為沒有電梯。如果行李箱很重的話，就會稍微不方便，但是這並不影響這間住宿的舒適度，整體來說，還是一間非常不錯值得一住的住宿！

Isa war superschnell und hilfreich im Kontakt. Wir sind frühmorgens nach langem Flug in Taipeh angekommen und konnten gleich einchecken. Ein Traum! Das Apartment ist super gelegen, für Taipeh angenehm ruhig und privat, die Terrasse ist besonders. Empfehlenswert.

Location was a bit difficult to find initially but Ian left very detailed instructions. The building is a bit old but you won’t notice once you step into the room, which is neat and had aircon. The place was bathroom was clean and this was in a walkable location. Would stay again!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Liz. L’espace est grand ce qui le rend très agréable. De plus, la vue est très belle. Encore mieux à admirer depuis la super grande terrasse ! Nous n’avons pas eu a nous servir de la cuisine mais il y a un réfrigérateur qui nous a permis de stocker des aliments, boissons etc… Et il y avait également une clime qui savait se faire apprécier après les journées chaudes que nous avons eu. Liz est une très bonne hôte que nous aurions aimé rencontrer: toujours réactive, pleine de bons conseils et d’une grande sympathie. Le quartier est sympa et vivant: bon restaurants aux alentours, station de métro à moins de 20 minutes à pieds, et des bus à proximité. Mais aussi le fleuve de la ville où l’on peut se promener sur les quais (très sympa le soir!!) Si nous revenons à Taïwan, nous reviendrons ici. En bref, nous avons passer un merveilleux séjour à Taïwan et ce en partie grâce au séjour chez Liz où nous nous sentions comme à la maison :)
