We are located in the middle of the Kunshan Science Park and the center of Tainan City. It is very convenient to get to the city center, the interchange and the high-speed rail. There are many options for shopping or dining due to the proximity to the Kunshan Science Park and the Dream Era of Nanfang. The Space: Provides a private space of 30 sq. ft. on the entire floor. Guest access: The entire floor includes two double rooms, one single room, a sofa bed, a bathroom, and common areas such as a living room. Other things to note: * Pet friendly, but if there is damage caused by pets, you may need to pay for some repairs or cleaning.* No smoking indoors (you can smoke on the balcony, do not throw cigarette butts), chewing betel nuts, taking drugs, or having parties.* Do not make loud noises late at night, destroy items, or take out items. * The kitchen is not available for cooking, but the rest of the appliances are available. * Free board games and electric mahjong tables are available (please refer to the instruction manual for electric mahjong tables, human damage or loss of mahjong requires partial repair costs) * After checking out, place the key card on the living room table.

A number of new construction techniques have been used, and gaps have been left on the inside of the roof to allow air to circulate, making it a 'breathing' house!Take a closer look inside, and you'll find unique ideas in every corner!Shumu, the interior of the house has a narrow and long old house space, surrounded by red brick walls that reveal the unique romantic feelings of the old house, and you can feel the traces of the past history.The public space has special iron glass windows, thick wooden tables made from gear iron products, and textured ornaments by the windows, all showing the full attention of the old house.Outside, the garden is surrounded by lush trees and hedges and filled with a variety of plants. The moment you open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and step into the garden, you feel instantly soothed. In the room section, there are three double rooms. The most special feature of the rooms is the bathroom design, which is built with mosaic tiles, creating a traditional and elegant atmosphere of an old house. Right above the bathtub is a separate raised atrium, where you can gaze at the sky while taking a bath, enjoying your own little piece of starry sky!The shower room is designed with thick glass to create a relaxing bathing area.There are two quadruple rooms, designed in a nautical style with anchors, life rings, rudders and other elements, creating a space reminiscent of a great voyage of adventure.Both rooms have sofa seating, allowing guests to sit down and enjoy some quiet time.
