This apartment is well-appointed with two spacious bedrooms, large kitchen with everything you will need for cooking, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and range. Moreover, it has a large flat screen TV in living room with a free Netflix account.

An outdoor patio area is furnished with bright blue Adirondack chairs and a small table. A charcoal grill is covered nearby. A fire pit sits in the center, surrounded by four additional chairs. The fenced backyard features mature trees, offering privacy and a natural setting.

Very well-furnished home on fenced private lot. Great for corporate housing need or short/long term stays. House is located in a great location close to airport, uptown, Carowinds, Lake Wylie, McDowell’s Nature Preserve! Two bedrooms and designated private office space with 2.5 baths. One King bed, one queen bed, and if more than 4 persons a blow-up mattress is available. Patio with fenced wooded back yard. Hot tub, Grill and fire pit available on patio for our guests!
