A quiet and clean luxury townhouse in Central Tumon,📍 Guam It is very accessible and close to Tumon Beach and the center of Tumon. Tumon 📍Hotel Road 3 minutes by car, Tumon Beach, Micronesiaia Mall (Macys) 5 minutes, GPO (Ross) shopping mall 10 minutes away and airport 7 minutes away. There is a📍 security gate, so it is safer to bribe and more safe. Our house consists of a living room and a kitchen. It's a single-story house, so you can enjoy it privately and freely with your group without any floor noise. All cooking utensils are available to cook food. In front of the complex is a swimming pool and barbecue and free to use. Dream of a romantic day with our house:)

[Year-End Special] Near Downtown/Near Beach/Private Suite

Centrally located house, 5 minutes by car to Micronesia mall, Tumon beach and hotel street, also very convenient from the airport and hospital. This is a separate room with a double bed and a separate bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people (US$10 extra per night for 1 extra person). But the living room and kitchen, dining room in the main building of the house are not open for use! Please be careful of this. The host uses the heart of hosting friends to fulfill their guests' dreams to come true. If you need, the host is also happy to take guests to the sand to see the stars and listen to the sound of the waves!

This is a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom condo with a private outdoor patio . There is a swimming pool and 2 tennis courts for guests to freely use. The unit is on the first floor of a three-story condominium. It is as centrally located as it gets. Donki Village is an ~2 min. drive/10 min. walk. GMH, Ypao beach, the airport, Kmart, and GPO, are about an ~5 min. drive. GRMC and Micronesia Mall are an ~10 min. drive. The community has plenty of free parking spots.
