Monthly Rentals in Yr Wyddfa

Wonderful annex cottage in the heart of Snowdonia. The cottage is situated quite literally at the foot of Yr Wyddfa (Mt Snowdon) with access to both the Ranger and Rhyd-ddu paths, as well as its own private access to the mountain! The scenery is breathtaking. Jane was extremely helpful during our stay and had some great recommendations for additional near by walking routes, as well as places to see and visit. A must stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ty Hebog. The cottage is in a beautiful location with stunning mountain views, plus sheep and chickens right outside at the back door! Inside was warm, cosy and exceptionally clean - the kitchen was well-stocked with equipment and the wood-burner was fantastic. Delyth and Dan have put together an informative visitor guide, which was really useful when planning local walks and places to eat/visit. We’d recommend the bistro and pubs in Beddgelert (just a short walk through the fields away, although be warned, it’s a bit of a hill to get back up after you’ve had a few pints!) and the walk up the Watkin Path to the waterfalls; it took us about 30-45mins from Caffi Gwynant to get to the falls, then another 45mins to explore them (we carried on up the Watkin Path for another hour beyond the waterfalls for excellent views of Snowdon). Highly recommended stay, we’ll be back!

We recently stayed at this charming cottage in Snowdonia, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The cottage was warm and inviting, with a lovely fireplace that created the perfect cosy atmosphere, especially on chilly evenings. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free – from a well-equipped kitchen to a modern bathroom. The location was perfect; nestled in the heart of Snowdonia, it offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape. There was plenty of nearby walks and opportunities to explore the beauty of the area. We would highly recommend!

Easily one of the best air bnbs we've stayed in! It is definitely a remote area, but there's a lovely small town nearby with friendly locals and the area is beautiful and serene. If you're not renting a car, plan for some walking! Chris was incredibly nice enough to pick us up from the train station when we got here, but it's still an easy 10 minute walk away. We only had 2 nights here, it's more rustic but that's what we love. Chris was so helpful and we will definitely be planning a trip back!
