Maria did a very good job of making a weekend get away feel like home. stocked with all the amenities you'd need and much more. A very clean space and a very nice design . The area and neighbors were respectful, parking was easy, and the patio was very soothing. thank you for the beautiful weekend .

Absolutely adored the accommodations! It was super comfortable, and restful between my dental appointments. I felt safe throughout my stay, with the gate security, little compound that surrounded the duplex. I enjoyed morning coffee out in the patio area and listening to the birds. I hope to stay again next year, but this time with my other half as I know he would thoroughly enjoy this hidden gem as much as I did. Thank you, and hope to return again!

Cinthya's property is in a great location if you are traveling to Yuma for dental work in Los Algodones. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the border crossing parking lot. It's also close to several great restaurants, Gateway Park, and Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park. There are also convenient supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the washer and dryer works great so you can pack light. Previous reviews mention the noise from the busy street and that the neighbors keep roosters and that is accurate, but I adjust to that quickly. Thanks, Cinthya!

i could only give for stars on how he expñained the inviroment, the placeis perfect, he was very accomadating, añong with the peacful home, he and the home were perfect. if you want to be with american people, away from their cuñture, you might stay closer to city limits. I enjoy hanging with the locals, if you're freindly, your familia will go. love the locación

Booked for short stay in Yuma. House was perfect. Had all amenities you would need for a short stay. If staying an extended amount of time just be aware there is no stove/oven, but does have a microwave and hot plate. Overall a perfect place - highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. Clean space that looks just like the photos. Comfy bed, plenty of towels, beautiful kitchen, clean and enjoyable pool area. :) Friendly and kind hosts. Hope to return! Thank you!
