A rowing boat and bikes are available so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Our garden suite with king size bed, romantic bath tub, outdoor kitchen and private garden is located at the Southern part of Zaandam, a town close to Amsterdam North. Zaandam is well known for its’ maritime history and hosts the famous open air museum Zaanse Schans. Our place is a great hub to explore Amsterdam and its surroundings, like Zandvoort beach and charming Haarlem. Cozy and peaceful, the garden suite is a perfect place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

Op slechts 550 meter afstand ligt het treinstation van Koog Bloemwijk, waarvandaan u in slechts 15 minuten naar Amsterdam kunt reizen. Het appartement is smaakvol ingericht en biedt voldoende ruimte voor maximaal twee personen. Er is een tweepersoonsbed, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, en een badkamer.

The total room was renovated in August 2018. Opposite our House is a forest. Our garden is subtropical, with hibiscus, palms, and a fig tree. You are welcome

From the address the next train station is super easy to find, 600 meters straight ahead and you are on the platform of station ''Koog aan de Zaan''. From station ''Koog aan de Zaan'' it is 5 minutes towards the station for the ''Zaanse Schans'', 10 minutes towards ''Zaandam Centrum'' and 20 minutes towards ''Amsterdam Centrum''.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.

The price is including tourist tax.
