We had a few wonderful days! The place was super clean and the bedding smelled lovely.☺️ Enjoyed the spacious garden. Our boys could kick a nice ball with this space. Both owners very friendly. Fun things to do in the surrounding area. And the beach so close was lovely!! Thank you!

Had a great stay! Definitely worth the trip especially given the close proximity to the train station (you cannot hear the trains or buses throughout the day). The hosts are very nice people. Would recommend!

We (me and my daughter 9) felt very comfortable in the small garden cottage. Small but fine. The only drawback was a lack of way to store the clothes. I just cleared four compartments from the shelf in the living room, which went very well for two people. The trampoline in the back of the garden and the public playground, which you could access from the garden, were worth gold. :) We liked the place Wijk aan Zee very much! Here, too, it's small, but nice. There are a few nice cafes/restaurants, an ice cream parlor that offers 50 types of ice cream and a mini golf course. The supermarket in the village offers everything you need. The beach is spacious and very deep. Unfortunately, there is no bike rental at the moment. That was a bit of a pity, but quite bearable for a stay of 7 days. For this, we made two trips to Harlem and Alkmaar. We had a nice time in Wijk aan Zee and would be happy to come back.

The place was really wonderful. It was very clean, very cozily furnished and everything necessary was there. The location is a bit remote but Egmond Binnen was easily and easily reached with a short nice walk. The way to the beach of Egmond Binnen takes a little more time but is completely worth the way. Ton and Marian warmly welcomed and were always available. All in all it was a very nice and enjoyable stay.

The accommodation lived up to its promises. The location was beautiful, situated right by the canal. While it’s slightly outside the center of Amsterdam, it remains easily accessible. Karina was a perfect host—always responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations and a booklet with clear instructions. She even allowed us to leave our luggage there before check-in. We would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Amsterdam! The location is absolutely perfect—everything we wanted to see was within 20 minutes, and the walks never felt long because there’s so much charm and beauty along the way. Plenty of restaurants right outside the front door. We recommend LAVASH for beautiful food. The ground floor apartment was ideal for us, especially traveling with a 1-year-old, a stroller, and quite a bit of luggage. Super easy access, which made coming and going stress-free. Inside, the space was bright and spacious with lots of natural light, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for a week and felt warm and comfortable, just like being at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking and preparing meals very convenient. Lia was kind and proactive, offering timely help whenever needed. We truly enjoyed our time here.

This is an exceptional Airbnb. It's located in a lush rural town, yet is only 15 minutes by car to Amsterdam city center and near Edam ( like the cheese). It is a safe neighborhood with lovely gardens, a small grocery store and restaurants. Our hosts were kind, generous, friendly and helpful. We were there on the King's birthday and the grocery was closed, so they kindly picked up some breakfast items for us in the next town. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine, local bakery goods and coffee. Edith is an amazing and accomplished artist which reflected in the home's decor. The home was immaculate! The beds comfortable! The linens top quality! The kitchen well equipped! The coffee/tea station had an espresso maker and a milk frother! We were a group of 5 woman and there was plenty of room for us to stretch out and not get in each other's way. We had the best time at Edith's place. This is the best Airbnb I've stayed at and I think I have stayed at over 50! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dennis received us in a very friendly way and explained everything to us. With the bathroom you have to be a little careful as you have to go a high step. But otherwise a nice accommodation for 2 people with practical amenities. Egmond-Binnen is a few minutes' walk away, as is a supermarket. Be sure to eat an ice cream in the ice cream parlor in Indoor! Egmond by the sea is easy to get to by bike or car. A beautiful weekend with a fantastic view of the colorful tulip field.

We had the best time at Romke‘s apartment. Check-in experience was great, the apartment is comfortable, stylish and thoughtfully equipped (we loved the Rituals products in the bathroom). Parking was very convenient and only a short walk from the apartment. The location was perfect for visiting Amsterdam (via public transport - bus stop nearby), Haarlem (approx 15 min by car) and tulip fields (approx 30 min by car). The surroundings are beautiful and we loved sitting outside and listening to the birds in the garden and enjoying an evening walk in Spaarnwoude. Romke is the kindest host and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves at all times. We will for sure come back to this great place 💯

Dax and Willemijn are great hosts. We arrived early and were very tired, but Willemijn kindly drove us to the restaurant, which truly touched us. Dax is very responsive, providing useful tips and checking in on us regularly. The cottage is adorable—super cozy and stylishly furnished. The location is perfect, set in a quiet area with the soothing sounds of birds chirping. There's a beautiful park just across the road, creating a perfect vacation atmosphere. It felt like we were staying in our own home. Additionally, it's easy to reach Amsterdam by bus and train. Highly recommended!

The space is beautiful, and Jeanne is a wonderful host who helped make my long weekend in Amsterdam memorable. I appreciated her recommendation to visit a nearby windmill town. It was a lovely walk and a highlight for me. While the train ride into Amsterdam was a bit longer and more expensive than I had hoped, it was always nice to return in the evenings and cozy up in the suite.

Petra was an excellent host. She allowed us to arrive a little early, welcomed us on arrival, showed us the apartment and gave an orientation. The apartment is modern and very attractively furnished. Everything was very comfortable and we made ourselves at home.

We stayed at Mjc's for 2 nights. He was super friendly. We were able to park on his property. Everything is within walking distance. In 10 - 15 minutes you are on the beach or at the train station, from where you can easily take the train to Haarlem or Amsterdam. We will be happy to come back.

Wil is a very nice hostess. The accommodation was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it was further to the beach and the locations than suspected by the description. Otherwise, we enjoyed it very much.

Cute apartment in a very convenient location was perfect for our 4 day stay. Cozy and bright, with charming decor and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is on the 4th floor and stairs are steep so it’s a bit awkward if you bring large luggage. Although is in a bustling area, it is very quiet and private. The location, near the Amstel river is close to metro and several tram lines that can get you to city center and the museum quarter within a few minutes. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Joke is really a Super Host. Very informative and accommodating, a very pleasant person. We had great interaction. Highly recommend.

Yora’s accommodation is so beautiful…it’s like something out of a story book. The views of the park and lake are breathtaking. There is beautiful walks and all around. There is also multiple shops and restaurants near by! Yora was very helpful to us during our stay, especially during check in and check out. I couldn’t recommend more!

Our stay was just beautiful! The place was not only beautiful and very clean, but also furnished with an incredible amount of love for detail – you feel welcome from the first moment. The hosts were fantastic: warm, helpful, and always trying to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back at any time. Absolutely recommended – five stars are almost too little!

I spent 4 weeks at Jolanda's place. It is certainly suitable for long stays. It has everything you need, nice luxury space. The stay is behind an extra fence which gives a safe feeling and it is private. The shops are within walking distance (15 min) and Badhoevedorp is a quiet area. Within fifteen minutes I was able to drive to Amsterdam daily. I was able to park for free in front of the house every day. Jolanda is a nice, friendly host.

Marietje was a really good host. She is friendly and proactive. She answered all my questions with patience. Even though we shared same garden together, there was privacy. Guest house bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. We could easily find whatever we needed in the house. I didn't cook anything but if I wanted everything was ready. The market, forest, train station and shopping areas are within walking distance. The town was quiet as we preferred. Highly recommended!

A wonderful little house! We had a great time and in maximum comfort despite the small size of the apartment, the location is great both for visiting Amsterdam and all the neighboring attractions, and to enjoy the wonderful walk in the woods reserve that leads in an hour of walking (or twenty min by bike) to an amazing beach:) the only sign to make is the staircase upstairs where the bed is located, we had no problems but being very steep and narrow, if you have difficulty avoiding it! Otherwise, we can only recommend it <3

Laurent’s place was a great stay for me and my 2 friends. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE and the space was the perfect size. It was clean and had all the stuff that was described as well as other amenities in the kitchen that were useful in the morning. The location is outside the city center but there are a few restaurants in walking distance and close enough to walk to the bus stop into the city.

Had a wonderful stay in the Practice with four of us (children 12 and 11). Even though Laura and Allard weren't there themselves, communication was quick and informal. Nice base for a few days in Amsterdam (about 30 minutes by car). Beautifully furnished room and equipped with every comfort. A visit to the ice cream parlor on the corner was a nice end to a hot day every night! A stay in the Practice is highly recommended!
