The whole apartment was put into use in autumn 2020. Apartament posiada w pełni wyposażone dwa pokoje, przedpokój, kuchnię oraz łazienkę. W obu sypialniach znajdują się dwie dwuosobowe sofy. Istnieje możliwość dostawienia dodatkowego łóżka dla dziecka. Całość apartamentu została oddana do użytku w 2020.
