New and modern apartment with 2 bedrooms. Like the name of our apartment says, it is situated just few steps from the city center and only 2 minutes walk from the bridge. When you pass the bridge you have already arrived to the old town. Our apartment consists of big living room with kitchen and dining table, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and 1 extra toilet. It is equipped with 2 air-conditions and internet Wi-fi. Every room has a TV.

Perlini apartment 5 min from old town and beach

Perlini is located in a residential area of the city, 5 min away from the old town and 3 min from the city beach Kolovare. Self check-in if you want. The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.
