Brand new apartment in calm romantic area of Arbanasi in Zadar. There is big kitchen connected with living room and nice terrace. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and another with both double and single one. All rooms are with A/C and floor heating. Two fully equiped bathrooms. You can also use the parking spot in front of the house. To enjoy your holiday you can also use a barbecue place in the yard. House is located three and a half minute walking distance from nearest beach.

A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.
