Property is first row to the sea in Ždrelašćica bay close to the bridge that connectes Island of Ugljan and Pašman. Old town of Zadar is very easy to visit, 20 minutes with passenger ferry boat from Preko. To come to Preko you need 10 min with car or 15 with local bus.

To enjoy your holiday you can also use a barbecue place in the yard. House is located three and a half minute walking distance from nearest beach.

Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.
