Na raspolaganju je i arboretum s mnoštvom ukrasnog bilja, sjenicom te prostorom za kavu, čitanje i roštiljanje. Kuća je smještena u Parku prirode Medvednica, u čijoj su blizini Specijalna bolnica za medicinsku rehabilitaciju te bazeni s termalnom, ljekovitom vodom. Gostima je na raspolaganju i kućna teretana i dva sportska bicikla. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.

A 45 m2 well designed and equipped nest. It is 15 min away (5 tram stations) from strict center by tram, 2 minutes walk from the tram station. It is located on 7 th floor in a building with a nice view. Big windows give lots of light for good mood :) Bed and mattress are excellent so good sleep is guaranteed. Kitchen is designed and well equipped for those who like cooking and trying some new Croatian tastes. Free parking is just under the window.

Centar grada , ali jako mirno!!!! Posebnost stana da je smješten u dvorišnoj zgradi okruženoj parkom , što je doista rijetkost. Sva buka grada je utišana! samo cvrkut ptica. Prostranost i svijetlost stanu daju i veliki prozori i visoki plafoni! Galerijski krevet ima normalne stepenice , nisu strme, i nećete se trebati sagibati . Ispod galerijskog kreveta nalazi se walk- in garderoba. Kuhinja je mala, ali potpuno opremljena .
