Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Zamalek

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of three during the New Year holidays. The apartment was incredibly spacious with stunning views, and having a supermarket nearby was perfect for enjoying relaxed meals at home. The location in Zamalek, an area known for its embassies and stylish shops, felt very safe and was conveniently accessible. While the shower pressure was a bit lower than expected, it was still manageable. The local support staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The location and amenities made our stay truly enjoyable, and we would definitely love to stay here again if we have the chance to visit in the future!

Great location in a decent building that looks safe. Staff is at the front desk 24/7, they are very nice and always responsive. Room is neat and clean and well equipped. Minor thing to notice: No open window to the outside, but there’s a small window facing walkway and AC works very well.

My stay at Brassbell appartements went as smoothly as it gets. The check-in was uncomplicated and it was even possible to check-in earlier than planned. The appartement was clean, well equiped and in a great location to walk around Zamalek. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. I highlight recommend it.

Sometimes when you see a place that’s too good to be true, it isn’t true. But this apartment is exactly as good as it looks. From the beautiful view and huge balcony to the modern electronics, with a properly equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and linen, and a big living room large enough to have friends over! The host was great. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) and even sent me photos of the wall plugs to be sure I had the right adapters. Recommend this place highly.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would defiantly recommend . The lobby security was always helpful with the lift , you then head to the 9th floor where you find Brassbell have the entire floor with super friendly and helpful staff they were all amazing Mostafa helped us so much with lots of things we needed in preparation for a wedding we were attending . Also the lady whose name I didn’t ask was so helpful to me. You get used to the city noise eventually if you haven’t stayed in Cairo before like me . If you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs I didn’t but Brassbell acquired some for me when I mentioned I was struggling a little, without me asking and they worked a dream . Do not hesitate to book an apartment here you will not be disappointed we really enjoyed our stay and will defiantly return. To the staff at Brassbell thank you for your amazing hospitality . ♥️

The room was as described in Airbnb and located near the university area, lots of caffes and local kiosks. Great value for money and room was clean. Host was supportive and friendly. We had an issue with air-conditioning and host changes our room immediately. Host was very fast to check and solve the issue by changing our room. we got some chocolate 🍫 as apology as well. Such problem can happen but the support was spot-on and we have no complaint. Great host, great value and recommend if you visit Cairo.

The first apartment I stayed in that I had actually rented was somewhat dingy and transferred the apartment itself look nice but they called me right as I got in and said if you don’t feel comfortable, we can move you and The upgraded me for free and help me move my bags, which was so appreciated. I slept well. I felt safe and I would recommend this team..
