It is equipped with fireplace heating, complete sanitary facilities, three bedrooms (on the first floor), including two with access to the terrace, a large living room with a kitchenette and a 40 m2 dining room (ground floor), a toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. In the living room there are also two fold-out sofas, a fireplace and a kitchenette. On the side of the building there is a large terrace with a brick barbecue.
