The breakfast is included,except for monthly stays. You can order lunch,dinner and drinks. Renting a scooter or a car is great for more freedom of exploring the island. Local transportation is available on 5min walk. The busy beaches of Kendwa and Nungwi are in 15 min drive.

Our views are world class, postcard perfect with views of the Indian Ocean and the  coral reef around the Mnemba Island.The beach is very safe day and night . There are several Boutique hotels with bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The villa has a lovely homely feel and the place is ideal for couples or families.

Hot water is available in the bathroom. You and Mosiqitonetz are available. It is only 7 to 10 minutes by foot to beautiful white sand beach. In addition, there are also shops , local restaurants and the bus station nearby.
