Eduardo’s place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The beach was walking distance and we also enjoyed the pool. We took advantage of having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. Appreciate the basket of beach towels provided. Check-in was easy and grateful for accommodating a late checkout request. Communication was great — he was always responsive. Thank you!

Thank you for allowing to stay at your place. Perfect location , weather was amazing. Pool was perfect and the house was spotless clean. The dogs next door would bark in the middle of the night so if you are a light sleeper they will wake you up but other than that the place was perfect

This place was absolutely beautiful. Jose was so nice and very responsive. He gave me a lot of good information for things going on locally. This house was very clean and well stocked. Even when we had an issue he came over right away to resolve it. it want his fault and he has nothing to do with it but he was very apologetic.

Jose was great host and the place was absolutely beautiful. Very secluded and private with a private pool we enjoyed almost every evening. Was a nice treat to have a welcome basket with coffee and some snacks. We had an issue with the stove not starting and contacted Jose who got someone out there to fill up the tank the next day. If you are looking for a nice place basically in the rainforest and a short drive to San Juan (30-45 minutes) this is your place

We absolutely loved Tom’s place. He was super friendly and helpful. There was a bar and a restaurant within walking distance. His property is BEAUTIFUL. Clean pool and jacuzzi. We had some inclement weather during our stay but the place was so nice we didn’t even mind being stuck there. Also the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was super nice. We didn’t even end up using the tv because of view from the balcony was so nice. 100% would recommend vs staying in a resort nearby.

Loved our stay at Tom’s place! The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants near by and it’s a great home base if you want to visit a wide range of places like San Juan and Fajardo. The home is up the mountain away from the main road which made it peaceful as well as beautiful. You can tell Tom takes pride in his villa and gave the extra care to make it feel homey and inviting. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and Tom was very responsive with any questions we had. This property is definitely a unique gem!

To say that Renee is a Superhost is an understatement! We felt that we did not have a host but rather a new friend. She was exceptionally responsive with any and all questions and acted as a personal guide even before we arrived with packing suggestions! Her recommendations from activities to restaurants to experiences were all spot on making our long overdue vacation an absolute joy! So thankful.

Jose goes above and beyond for his house guests. Great communication between guests and host, messages were answered at times within minutes. The property is just as described and location is beautiful. No worries on power outages the property has a back-up generator and is solar powered! Just as mentioned it is best to use the coordinates Jose provides. Clear and easy instructions to all amenities on the property. He provided daily recommendations of activities. One day his co-host Norimar even stopped by with pastries and cute cookies for our children to paint! Thank you both so much for being great hosts. Now for the house ! This was a perfect location for a large group. We had 10 guests and we all were comfortable. The house has beautiful details. Just enough things to make home cooked meals and feel at home. The pool is PERFECT for kids, large pad to sit in the water. Pool toys & beach chairs available. I could go on and on! Thank you so much Jose; this trip was a huge success!

We had a splendid time! Our hostest was very attentive, she answered every question we might've had before we even had a chance to think of them. She was definetly a 10/10. The view and the surroundings are just like no other, it's a hidden paradise. It's a overall perfect place to be with friends and family, we instantly felt at home. Thank you very much Yesi for making this weekend so special for our friends and family. Will most definitely be staying again soon!

We have stayed at the Casitas before (in a different unit) and love the location. Lots to do from beaches, rain forest, boat trips or just lounging at the gorgeous pools. The place is beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. Our two complaints were that it could get quite noisy as the balconies faced the road with golf carts going back and forth and we did lose power (no fault of the unit owner) and there is no back-up generator. We still had an amazing time, and in-truth was better without electronics!

We just returned from an amazing stay at this jungle‐hilltop retreat! The house itself is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly positioned to take in those lush mountain views—especially from the pool deck, where each sunset felt like a private show. Our hosts were wonderfully attentive, always on hand with thoughtful suggestions for local trails, dining spots, and any little thing we needed. As for the driveway, we’d heard it might be tricky, but in our small SUV it proved totally manageable—and honestly added a bit of adventurous charm. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone craving comfort, privacy, and spectacular panoramas!

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

Ocean Casa has one of the most gorgeous views you’ll ever experience! I could sit out on the veranda every day and take in the natural beauty of the ocean, smaller islands and the lovely town of Las Croabas. The house was comfortable and modern, and the pool was fabulous! Yadira was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The outdoor space around the pool and the patio was AMAZING! We spent so much time outside, and the kids enjoyed having so much to do. There was also a lot to do in the house! We played a ton of pool, and there was lots of space for board games and hanging out. Carlos was a great host, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. One of my daughters has to be gluten-free, and when I let him know, he went out and bought brand new pans for her, so we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. It was a great house for us and we loved our vacation in Puerto Rico.

These beautiful condos gave you the quick access to the beach, a nice pool, or a rooftop deck to just sit and enjoy the sun. Restaurants within walking distance, but not noisy from the street. Beautiful and relaxing. The penthouse bathroom is great for a night shower!

We had the most incredible experience at this vacation home in Puerto Rico for New Year’s Eve! From start to finish, the host and their team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing that stood out was the host’s incredible diligence during a power outage on the island. They immediately provided us with battery chargers and flashlights cooler with ice to not to loose our food in the fridge to keep us comfortable and safe. Additionally, when we had an issue with the water heater, the team reacted so quickly and had it fixed in no time. Their responsiveness and care were unmatched! Puerto Rico is an amazing destination, and staying in this home made it even better. A huge thank you to the host and their team for making our New Year’s Eve unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back! The home is gorgeous! The pictures serve it no justice. The views are breathtaking. We arrived during a blackout that was taking place in Puerto Rico. This did not interfere with the electricity nor AC as the home is equipped with a huge generator. If the news had not mentioned the black out we would not have even known there was one taking place. The location is near many restaurants. The beach is less than 10 minutes away. There’s a grocery store nearby. It is about 10 minutes away or less, from El Yunque Rainforest, depending on traffic. It fit our family of 8 adults and 4 children comfortably. The pool is about 3ft so it’s perfect for 4+year olds. Not too deep, but we still practiced caution and had the little ones wear their life jackets. Our host Wally was very attentive. He even asked if we needed a crib prior to our arrival. Very responsive! Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house came with pretty much everything we needed. We would definitely book again!

This is a great spot for groups. I booked a group of 13+ and everyone was well accommodated with their own room, bathroom, and mini fridge. Any minor issues such as the lights and toilets in a couple of rooms was taken care of in a timely manner. We absolutely loved the stay and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended. 🙏🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Kevin was an amazing host. Very responsive, communicative, flexible, & helpful. We had a problem getting rental cars & he offered to pick some of us up & proceeded to wait at the air port for us. He waited over an hour past check in time for us. Then he met us at the gate and personally showed us the way to the BNB. He gave us a tour of the house & a bunch of local recommendations for different things to do. He was professional but also personable and was very easy going, down to earth. We had 10 people - 2 cars but only one clicker for the gate, he made arrangements to get us another clicker a couple days into the stay to make things easier on us. Our wifi was down first day & the owner got us a whole new set up the next morning. No matter the time I reached out with questions, I received an answer within a couple minutes. The area where the BNB is located is gorgeous, private, gated. Needless to say if you’re staying in Rio Grande this is going to be one of the best places to go.
