On the ground floor there is a lovely living room and kitchen with direct access to a large wooden terrace with sea views. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a jetty. There are several beautiful view terraces. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there are bedrooms with stunning views. In the garden there is an annex with 2 beds. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

The newly built holiday apartment is a stone's throw from the beach. From the spacious terrace, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the beach and the bay. On a clear day, the Great Belt Bridge is clearly visible on the horizon. One bedroom is equipped with a separate glass section facing the living room, so you can enjoy the sea view to the east without getting out of bed, as well as a private bathroom. In addition, there is one more bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom. The beds are made and there are dishcloths, kitchen towels & towels.

The home is on two floors with an entrance hall, bathroom, large open living room with dining room and kitchen. On the first floor, there is a large bright bedroom with delicious Tempur beds. Sit back and enjoy some relaxing days in our cozy and authentic cottage, where the fireplace and quiet surroundings help you relax. 1 km from the house you will find the finest sandy beach, and no less than two beautiful forests, where one is a dog forest close by. Between the main house and the annex, there is a cozy courtyard that can be completely closed off so that both dogs and children do not get away :-) The house has a lovely covered terrace and garden, where the barbecue food can be enjoyed after a game of badminton.

Our cottage is located in Evetofte/Melby on a nice, densely planted and sunny plot. Here, there is a cycling distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's real Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light when the sun sets after a long beautiful day. In the last few years, we have updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, post-insulated, new thermal windows and a whole garden.
