The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the first moment I felt welcome. What I especially appreciated was how fast and efficient they responded to everything. At the slightest problem or question, they were immediately ready to help and everything was taken care of quickly. Their commitment and service made my stay extra enjoyable. I really enjoyed the tranquility, the cleanliness and the warm atmosphere. I will definitely come back here!

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

Modern Luxury Suite Rental with Marmara Sea View

The room and bathroom are a little bigger than the pictures and very clean. There are basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, olive oil, etc., and it was convenient to have a microwave. The Marmara sea view was relaxing and wonderful. The terrace chairs are very plush and comfortable. Carrefour Mart is an 8-minute walk and the bus and train is a 10-minute walk away. If you take the train two or three stops (about 10 minutes), it's right in the center of the old town. The host welcomed us in person and was a nice person who was very kind and considerate. The host allowed a very early check in. Best,

It's really appreciated that they have regular contact with me for the duration of the stay and provide a professional service. The house was quite spacious and spotless, the hot tub worked smoothly. It is a great advantage that it is within walking distance of the Fişekhane, and it is also very close to the central points. The sea view was really enjoyable. The fact that it is in a gated community also made my stay more peaceful. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay in this functional and clean apartment, it's a shame that there was no replacement of sheets and towels but by that impeccable clean bathroom and spacious room with a TV. The location of the apartment and also a lot of things are nearby, the buses and not too far from the metro. I would recommend it Attentive and responsive host

Fist of all i want to thank Flex Team for their support and guidance. The appartement was clean and everything you need is available, you will feel like at home, the location is so amazing a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The appartement is safe with a private code for the building entrance, ill recommend to everyone who like to visit istanbul, and ill return definitely. thank you again for your hospitality , Flex team.

Great treat and attentions where given with Eren, he was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed, we asked for something else to get warmer since we are not used to the cold weather, and he super fast solved it for us! would 100 % recommend to stay with him. Great place to stay, great location, heated floors. It's a little noisy from the light metro, but you get used to it quickly. Please note that the double bed is more than one and a half by Russian standards.
