Yoyo host is very kind, and the room and living room kitchen were all very tidy, and I am grateful for the quick response and kind reply to one inquiry about local life, and the distance to TRA & MRT, etc. is 5-6 minutes, and the distance to the bus stop is also close, so it was a great place to stay. I'll be in touch next time I'm on a business trip and I think I'll be here.

I had an amazing stay at Banqiao House! The location is perfect—close to everything but still tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. It’s incredibly convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The environment was calm and serene, making it a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Jerry's place is the most well-designed Airbnb I have ever experienced. He is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and always communicative and helpful. He knows a lot about Taiwanese history, interior design, and architecture—a true Renaissance man! He and his partner run a great operation. I can not recommend his place more!

Excellent value for money. This is a home to share with other guests but the owner comes to wash and tidy up. The accommodation is well located if you like to come back quietly to sleep. Everything is next door, 7/11, restaurants, mall...

The house has just been renovated, it is very beautiful and comfortable, the only thing missing is that the house is close to the main road, it is quite noisy when sleeping at night

Anne’s hospitality is amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure we arrived at the correct location and had all information and a detailed orientation of the building. The pool and hot spring is awesome but it is located about a 5-7 min walk beyond the community near IKEA which was unexpected but we got used to it. Location is convenient to MRT, UBike, Restaurants etc. Security guards are friendly. Space and community are both clean and quiet. Overall great but large community. The space is as described. The beds and blankets are comfy and the decor is chic. The building is earthquake proof because we experienced one while there: ). Anne was nice to check in and comfort us. I highly recommend her space.

Andrew's apartment is inspiring. Andrew is a skilled architect who has created beautiful magic in a small space making his home multifunctional, comfortable, and welcoming. The property is accessible to Taipe Main station, Ximending walk street and other great local restaurants. The property looked better than expected is very spacious for the six of us. The family had a great stay, thank you once again.

Very good value for money, the apartment is actually accessible through a store. 3 flights of stairs to walk up and down, be strong ! The 3 rooms are independant and offer only a little bit of privacy. 2 of them don't have a window to outdoor. A few appliances need reparation, the owner now knows about it. The kitchen and equipment are super basic, but fine. One separated toilet where it's hard to stand and little space for the legs when seated. Another toilet is in the bathroom. The bathtub is not protected by any curtain, the shower handle not holding well. The highlight is the living room, very bright and spacious. We could not enjoy the terrace due to bad weather, which also showed the lack of insulation of the roof and the apartment in general. When it's 15°C outside, you feel the cold inside. The big window is oriented south and I believe it must be on the other hand really hot in sunny days. Anyway a very good place to spend a few nights in Taipei with my family, we enjoyed !

Smooth communications from day one and had a wonderful stay. The unit felt like home right away. I am always looking for a deal that carrys the quality and value instead of the lowest price. I will book this property again without any hasitation.

Our family of 6 stayed comfortably.The house is very clean.Everything.The house is right above the mall. Probably the only downside is that you need to take a lift on 2 different floors every time you come and go, and it would have been quite a hassle for us to stay 2 days in and out all the time.Also the water heater is not very good, flushing half the water will keep going cold and it interrupts a few times. Everything else is fine.Overall was still satisfactory.

The host is very responsive. The location is quite close to key sightseeing spots in Ximen.
