Responsive host and convenient location! I had a longer stay and found it very comfortable

The host welcomed us in person and was very welcoming. The accommodation is quiet at night and the traffic is not high. Surrounded by business districts, it can be accompanied by shared bicycles for great convenience.

The host communicated well that it was raining hard at night when it happened to be raining outdoors at night and there was a leak on the roof of the grill.It should be fixed.The bed was clean and slept well, but the only downside was that there was no toilet in the room to go downstairs to get up.Not suitable for frequent urine + stay for elderly people.Bathing water pressure is broken because it is broken, cold, and hot is very serious, if it is definitely a cold in winter ~ It seems that there is no elderly group staying on that day ~ Otherwise, you must be scolded to death ~ It should be fixed ~ It seems that the host is willing to manage the house and eat breakfast again ~

We loved staying here! The first floor is a small private coworking/lobby space that was super modern and inviting with great coffee and a little kitchen. The hosts were super responsive and helpful and said good morning every morning as they passed by which really brightened up the day. Granted, something to note is that I didn't get from the listing that there wasn't an elevator and our room was on the fourth floor, which was difficult as we had four luggages. But the hosts were super flexible about letting us keep the heavy ones on the first floor and the space was safe enough that no one touched our things. Definitely would stay here again! Loved drinking coffee in the morning on the top floor balcony and seeing the unique Japanese colonialism era architecture of the neighborhood.

This is my fifth time in Taipei and I have to say Peifen’s place is the best I’ve stayed. The location is perfect as it’s parallel to DiHua Street, a heritage street with a good mix of old and new, and lots of local delicacies. Though some reviews said that it’s quite a distance to the the closest subway station, i find it quite walkable to many of the shopping streets - like Nanjing Road, especially on a good weather day. Plus, the room card is actually the subway card so guests can just TOP up and use, how brilliant! Room is also very clean and spacious, beautifully designed! Definitely will stay here again if I visit Taipei next time.

The host was very quick to respond which was reassuring.Is a new community and clean.The room is fully equipped, and the refrigerator is thoughtful with a variety of beverages, as well as coffee-hanging tea bread.There is a weight machine in the bathroom, convenient for people traveling to call luggage weight, and there is a children's play area downstairs in the community.

The house is easy to stay and feel at home, quite comfortable ~ The host is kind, can provide the size of the accommodation, it is worth staying again👍
