There are 12 king deluxe rooms on site, divided evenly among 3 three story buildings, that each have a king size bed, and a sofa/bed. The 4 rooms in each building, share the kitchen on the 3rd floor. Guests will not have access to the Penthouse suite, because the penthouse suite has its own private kitchen that the quests pay extra for.
