We present you a unique opportunity to spend an unforgettable stay in our Studio, located in the historic, heritage-protected Villa Najáda. This villa is right in the center of Luhačovice Spa, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone, the spa park and within sight of the springs. The studio is ideal for two guests plus a maximum of one small child who can share a bed with their parents. We have one parking space available for you just a short distance from the villa, allowing you to stay carefree without the need to look for parking.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a modern kitchen with accessories, a bathroom with a shower, a bed, a sofa, and a TV. There is a private parking space right in front of the house.

A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

Parkování za domem je zdarma (tam, kde je označeno ,,neparkovat,,). V objektu je k dispozici pračka a sušička. Možnost uložit kola či lyže. Pohovku umístěnou u obrovského okna situovaného na východ s výhledem na Vizovické vrchy a velkého okna na sever s výhledem na trnkový sad využijete na klidné chvíle a zakusování něčeho dobrého. Během grilování v podvečer osvítí západní sluníčko terasu před naším domečkem, kdy uplatní své gastronomické dovednosti nejeden gurmán.
