Everything is very nice

This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent location away from most of the noise of the city. The common spaces were more beautiful than the photos and the pool/hot tub was fantastic. The unit itself was also better than the photos; clean and big. Tom was very accommodating and accessible to the guests. Lastly, there is an eco filter water container in the unit for drinking.

First place we stayed in Guatemala! Absolutely recommend. We arrived around 12AM the check in was effortless. The apartment was very clean and the highlight for our family was the kids spaces and pool. After a day of flying I was really happy the kids could play in a safe place. You won’t regret booking this apartment! Great host!

Great airbnb, pretty fancy and clean. The A/C works great and we loved the terrace. A bunch of stuff in the mall area including a few atms and a bunch of restaurants/grocery store. Having the Bluetooth speaker is actually a big plus for me too. I wish there was a little free gym instead of the paid SmartFit but it’s not too expensive

Amazing place! Comfortable and with a taste of excellent decoration. We loved the cleanliness of the place, the smell of cleanliness was felt. Details that make a difference.

Excellent place, very neat, clean and modern. The area is excellent and Beatriz is always very responsive and helpful. Definitely highly recommended.

Everything is great. A little detail with one of the beds but otherwise everything is fine. Good cleanliness and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

It was a pleasant experience. Nice place, located in a quiet part of town in which there are many shopping and activities options.

Mario’s place was bright, clean, and well equipped. We had excellent communication, and he generously allowed me to check in early. I would happily stay there again!

Thank you Hellen for being kind, helpful and responding quickly to my questions. The place is cozy, you can feel at home, although there is no microwave, in case your food gets cold you should use the stove. It has a beautiful view, the place is safe and quiet, the residents are very friendly and polite. You can order food through the app, although they take a while because there is always traffic. Ubers know those towers, so they'll take you there without a hitch. 100% recommended

I gave 5 stars but check-in was not amazing at all. The reception did not find the form to fill. I arrived late and still wanted to try to get something to eat in a restaurant. Unfortunately I had to spend too much time at check-in, communicate with the co-host, try to make the reception be more pro-active and in the end just had time for some fast food. That was not amazing at all. Why do they not den d the form before arrival? It would be easy to fill and send back and all would be smooth!
