If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!

The host was very helpful, hassle-free contact and a beautiful well-maintained place :) unfortunately the weather was not great, but if it was beautiful and sunny, it's nothing to relax with friends! Recommended :)

What a lovely house! Very clean, very nicely landscaped outside and inside a cozy and practical decor. Great bedrooms, closet space, also downstairs. The necessary things were present such as garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, coffee and also fresh drinking were in the fridge, as well as ice creams in the freezer. Very much enjoyed the swimming pool and garden. Used the BBQ a number of times. The airport is nearby but certainly does not cause any nuisance. Also in terms of location very central in terms of split, trogir, krka park, etc. Easy to drive away. We would highly recommend this place!

Villa Maria is a perfect escape. Great pool, hot tub and facilities - around 25 minutes to get to Split (though parking in the city is a bit hit and miss). Ideally you need a car to get around but it’s perfectly located for peace and quiet. Ivan and his father were superb hosts - second to none. Very responsive if we had any queries during our stay and provided a brilliant welcome pack when we arrived (which was particularly welcomed as our flight was delayed meaning we arrived too late for the supermarkets). Many items such as paper towel, bin bags, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bbq charcoal, drinking water etc were already provided at the house meaning that those frustrating initial buys were not needed. This made life much simpler/ cheaper than most Air BnB rentals. We were a bit unlucky with the weather but still had a great stay. I'm sure we will return.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Ivan is an exceptional host who communicates exceptionally well and goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and welcome. In my opinion, Ivan is the best host I’ve encountered on this platform. Our requests were handled exceptionally well, and Ivan truly went the extra mile by hand delivering a birthday card and a cake for my special day. I will definitely return in the future and highly recommend Ivan’s apartments to everyone.

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

We had 8 people in the villa for a week and everything went perfect. I was a bit worried about the noise from overflying airplanes but it wasn´t bad at all. The villa was very calm and near shops and the beach. Bikes and scooters were a very nice addition and we used them daily. Djana was a great host and answered all my questions fast. I would strongly recommend this villa for a vacation.

The villa is beautiful! From the location to the furnishings, there is nothing to complain about! Close to Split, and yet so quiet! Unfortunately, we were only here one night, as I arrived from Germany on business, but it was a dream! The host Mario saved us at the last second and gave us a place to sleep! The rooftop terrace with the hot tub blew us away just like everything else. We'll be back next time! Thanks!

Very nice place, everything as shown in the pictures. Kristian is a very nice and easy host. Everything very hospitable, cakes and drinks right there which is very nice. The pool was used by us every day. With a group of friends, a great place to stay. The only negative point is the federal highway directly below the property. So it's pretty noisy. Nevertheless, all in all, great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Medici. Ideal with teens, multiple activities that appeal to everyone: gym, sauna, pool table, playstation, swimming pool… everyone was able to have their space and at the same time spacious places to meet all together.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

The hosts were incredibly responsive, even before we arrived. Once we landed, they stayed in close contact, and everything went as agreed. Vinko greeted us warmly, showed us the house and came for checkout to say goodbye. A highlight of our trip was Vinko’s dad, whom we called Opa, who became our personal driver. With a group of eight, renting two cars seemed too much, so glad we didn’t! Opa picked us up at the airport (even made two trips as our group arrived separately), was always on time, and made every ride fun and relaxing. His prices beat Bolt. The house was amazing, comfortable beds, a great pool, jacuzzi, and space for everyone. It truly felt like home. Shops, delicious bakery and the beach were nearby, and being between Split and Trogir was perfect for day trips. Even the occasional plane overhead didn’t bother us. The hosts also gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities. This place gave us unforgettable memories. Thank you, Mirta, Vinko, and Opa!

We really appreciated a friendly and warm welcome from our host Boris (Iris's dad). He was an excellent communicator. Available, anytime we needed anything. This gorgeous house was SUPER CLEAN!! Wonderfully designed. We cooked full meals, washed and air-dried our clothes with no problem. Neighborhood has everything you need (small grocer, pharmacy and seaside restaurants and late night eats) within walking distance. Two thumbs up from us!

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

We had a magical stay at Petar's house. The house fit all 11 of us extremely well and was well suited to a beautiful family vacation. The pool was beautiful and very spacious and our kids had a wonderful time playing in it. The surrounding vistas of the mountains only added to the ambiance. Petar's son was extremely communicative and gave us a number of great suggestions as to what to visit and we felt extremely well taken care of. We absolutely loved Croatia and are definitely coming back!

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Milivoj's home was perfect for our family of 11. We were able to be together but maintain our separate spaces. The apartments are beautifully appointed and have great air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool and the wonderful outdoor spaces, including the gorgeous cooking area. Milivoj went above and beyond to make ouour stay enjoyable! He even brought over toys for the children. He gave us fantastic local recommendations and even helped us plot out stops along our way to our next destination, which was so helpful! I highly recommend this amazing home and host!
