Knus appartement in het centrum van Ouddorp aan zee

Dit appartement biedt veel privacy met een eigen beschutte tuin en ingang. Beneden is een gezellige woonkamer met open keuken en de openslaande deuren zorgen voor veel licht en ruimte. Naast de vloerverwarming is er een knus houtkacheltje. Via een open trap betreed je het slaap gedeelte, waarin 1 ruim 2 persoonsbed en 2 losse single bedden staan, gedeeltelijk afgeschermd door wanden. Voor het meebrengen van uw hond rekenen we 15 euro contant bij aankomst. Alle ruimtes zijn afgewerkt met stijlvolle natuurlijke materialen. De gehele begane betonvloer is voorzien van vloerverwarming. De sfeervolle woonkamer heeft een bankstel, houtkacheltje en TV met Netflix ( geen TV aansluiting). De keuken wordt deels afgescheiden door de boomstam keukentafel en granieten aanrechtblad. De keuken biedt de mogelijkheid om te koken met retro Smeg apparatuur en is voorzien van gasstel, koelkast, vaatwasser, combi-magnetron en waterkoker. De badkamer ademt een Zuidelijke sfeer met een vloer van pebble stones en rivierstenen waskom. In de afgesloten wasruimte staat een wasmachine en stofzuiger. Er is een aparte toilet ruimte. De slaapzolder is verdeeld in twee gedeeltes, met aan de ene kant van de wand het luxe twee persoonsbed en aan de andere kant de twee losse eenpersoonsbedden. De ruimte met de houten vloer en bedden voelt direct ontspannen aan. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het oude centrum, waar een gezellige dorpskern met winkeltjes is. Met de fiets ben je binnen 10 minuten op het strand. Het appartement is volledig nieuw gebouwd en is gezellig en heel licht qua sfeer, je voelt je snel thuis. Je kunt zelf volledig koken, als je dat wilt. Zodra je binnen stapt krijg je een vakantie gevoel, aangezien de inrichting een relaxte beach stijl is. De afwerking is heel luxe. Gasten van het appartement mogen tegen half tarief meedoen met de yoga lessen van Yogastudio Ouddorp. De studio ligt naast het appartement. De gasten hebben een eigen prive tuin, die volledig word afgeschermd door een schutting. In de tuin staat een gezellig zitje, relax stoelen en grote picknick tafel. Mijn vriend en ik zijn beschikbaar per mail, whats app en telefonisch. Het pittoreske Ouddorp is een klein badplaatsje aan zee met een gezellige dorpskern en een zandstrand van maar liefst 17 kilometer lang. De natuur is prachtig en de omgeving leent zich bij uitstek om er te surfen, fietsen en wandelen. Het centrum is letterlijk op loopafstand. Een heerlijke echte bakker zit om de hoek. De supermarkten zijn ook heel dichtbij. Rondom de kerk zijn gezellige winkeltjes en terrasjes. Het strand is wijds en heerlijk met een aantal gave beachclubs. De bushalte is aangrenzend aan de tuin. Parkeren is gratis op de Stationsweg, direct naast het appartement.

Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming, aparte badkamer en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeftU een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

Gelegen in Rijsbergen aan de weg van Breda naar Zundert, net buiten de bebouwde kom met supermarkten, bakker en restaurants, wandel- en fietspaden dichtbij.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

Situated 3.5 km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out.
