The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with access to the roof terrace with whirlpool and sauna. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

Our studio is located in the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in closet provides plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bath completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio has a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area but the city center can be reached very quickly by tram, bus or train! Stop in 3‘ walking distance, the lake is also within 3‘ walking distance. Restaurants and grocery stores are close! Take tram no. 2 directly to the Letzigrund stadium! Tram no. 4 goes directly to the main train station. The Tiefenbrunnen train station (to the airport!) can be reached on foot in 8 minutes.
