This is a mini flat with a small bed and closet and your own private entrance and bathroom with shower. It is very small but comfortable and lots of natural light. We are only 5 blocks to UC Berkeley off of Telegraph Ave. We are also only 7 blocks to downtown and 7 Blocks to BART. The bed is a small twin (74"x32") and will only be suitable for one person. The entire place is 105 sqft. [NOTE: THIS SPACE IS ONLY FOR 1 PERSON AND THAT IT IS A SMALL SPACE . MORE THAN ONE GUEST IS NOT PERMITTED! ]

Chill Urban Oasis at the Calmpound!

A lovely one-bedroom, 2 bed house in a beautiful tropical garden setting near the Bay and a mile from Cal. Truly and urban oasis in the middle of the city. We have some of the best weather in the country and create wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy it. We live next door. Excellent walking neighborhood with easy public transit. The cottage is minutes from downtown SF (only 12 miles drive.) Long term guest are the best, so feel free to inquire. House accommodates two comfortably... Come chill!

Private garden guest room with separate entrance in North berkeley hills. Close to UC, LBL, Tilden park. Bus to BART or Uber to anywhere in the Bay Area. Safe and quiet location. Garden and patio. The private room has a double bed which is slightly shorter and more narrow than a queen size bed. We offer a mini fridge and complementary coffee. No kitchen access. This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, small desk and a full size bed. The location is wonderful if you work at the lab or want to go wine tasting!
