Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Located on a mound, it is a balcony on the Burgundy countryside, in the Tonnerrois, where Champagne ends, close to Chablis. The house is totally independent, with its private garden. I live next door, I am available for advice, suggestions or anything else.
