Welcome to the Piccolo Cottage. Nicely remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Pet Friendly, but the yards are not fenced. We are close to a park to walk your dogs. The Elms is a midcentury modern space located in a duplex in South Eugene. The kitchen is equipped with just about anything you’ll need for your stay here. There is a south facing slider that opens to a small covered deck. One off street parking spot in the driveway for guests, as well as lots of street parking.
