Ideal if you love peaceful countryside location with wild birds and rabbits yet want to be a walking distance to shopping and entertainment, or TT course. Good base for exploring the island, with private parking and easy access to bus and train station, as well as footpaths. Dolls House annex has private entrance and outdoor sitting/dining area. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

The Lodge

The Lodge is a spacious family holiday home set in its own grounds, sleeping up to 8, just a couple of miles from the capital Douglas. The house has three good sized bedrooms, consisting of a twin room and two doubles (one en-suite). An additional room features a sofa bed which is made up on request. A large lounge offers comfortable seating for all guests and there is a roomy open plan kitchen/breakfast bar, together with a separate dining room.

Designed for two, this apartment offers a wonderful sense of light and space with its open-plan kitchen and its bedroom with patio doors leading onto the cottage gardens. This peaceful and tranquil accommodation has comfortable furnishings throughout and with its wide doors and spacious areas, offers access to disabled guests if required. A spacious modern 4th Floor apartment with stunning sea views. A large living area and kitchen with two separate bedrooms. The master room has a king size bed, the twin has two single beds. The apartment is serviced by a lift and has parking at rear of apartments and if this is full usually plenty of parking at front of the property on the prom.

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
