Midtown Modern Hideaway/Entire House

Private home located just 3.2 miles from historic downtown Wilmington and minutes away from Wrightsville Beach. The city trail is one block away and leads to both beach and downtown. We are a 4 minute walk from the new Flying Machine Brewery and 5 minutes away from Wilmington Brewery. Randall Park Lake is a 4 minute walk away as well. Newly renovated Independence Mall with more restaurants and shops is just a short ride away. Plenty of parking and room for boat trailers.

Welcome to our Ranch by the Ocean! We are a happily married couple and full time musicians! We are often on the road, but stay in our camper in the back yard when we are home. Our neighborhood sits right on the intracoastal water way with access to a community pier to enjoy the wildlife and the serene sound of the ocean! We are very centrally located, Carolina Beach is 8 mins, Wrightsville Beach & Downtown Wilmington are 18 mins!
