In the middle of the city but 5 minutes from the countryside, apartment sized to accommodate from 1 to 4 people. Completely renovated in November 19, it is located on Jules Ferry street in a small building of character with secure entrance (4 homes--> no nuisance). Renovated with noble materials and modern equipment, it has a patio of more than 20m2 and a parking space under video surveillance. You ski or mountain bike, a space is dedicated to store your equipment.

Small country house with wooded land

nice little cozy and comfortable house very quiet on large wooded lot with parking, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each and 1 90 bed for 1 person, 1 bathroom upstairs, living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, 1 toilet on the ground floor. Located in the heart of the Cantonal mountains close to many small shops and 8 km away from Aurillac. Many sites and museums to visit, beautiful cycling and hiking hikes. Important, I don't accept pets.

Old Town T2

T2 on the first floor of a small building in the old city walls. Large main room with convertible to 140, 160 bedroom separable into two 80 beds (quality bedding) and bathroom with toilet. All three fully restored. Kitchen fully equipped but only refreshed. washing machine, highchair, baby bed. Shops and service nearby. SNCF train station less than a 15-minute walk away. Pets allowed, non-smoking. Great for hikes.
