It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Quiet and central apartment

Located in the heart of Vienna, just opposite the city park, this newly furnished apartment offers a quiet living atmosphere in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. The heart of the apartment is the light-flooded dining area as well as the kitchen with all utensils. The apartment also features flat-screen cable TV. The location is excellent with the proximity to the city center as well as to the Vienna-Mitte traffic junction via the cat Airport Train, the express train as well as the subway 3 and 4. This new apartment has all the amenities to make your stay in Vienna unforgettable. It consists of an anteroom with storage areas, a living kitchen with dining area, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, combi stove, dishwasher, coffee machine), bedroom with wardrobe, as well as bathroom (shower and washing machine) and separate toilet. Guests are offered free Wi-Fi access and numerous TV channels via cable. Despite the excellent location, this accommodation is located in a beautiful, quiet and historic courtyard. The immediately adjacent first district offers numerous cultural opportunities as well as an outstanding gastronomy offer. But if you want to approach it more quietly, you will also find many opportunities in the opposite green oasis, the city park, as well as in the third district of Vienna. There IS AN INFRARED SAUNA and shower ON the covered terrace for our guests. “A country of a thousand islands where tranquility comes to relax.” We are an ideal choice for both passive and active recreation seekers. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no immediate neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road lies the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is 300 HUF/person/night and has to be paid separately.

Great for families, couples, cyclists. Possibly the possibility to build a tent in the garden. Kitchen (fridge, MW oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine for capsules). Parking directly on a locked plot, bicycle storage possible.Own terrace with barbecue and seating, possibility of wine cellar, which is also part of the plot.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this new design apartment. You will have amazing views from the 18.floor (sunrises are particularly beautiful if you are an early bird :). If you are a night owl, switch on the fireplace and enjoy the night views. If you are coming by car, a free underground parking is awaiting you. Oh and access to a panoramic rooftop on the 30. floor is also available. I hope you will have an amazing time in this small capital city and can enjoy its hidden treasures - just ask :)
