Guesthouse on the seaside of Oxdjupet

The guest house is built in the early 1900s and has stone walls, lilac hedges and cherry trees that frame the house with a small patio. In mid-May the cherry trees bloom around the house, closely followed by the lilac. In early summer the house is nestled in red roses. There is a patio with barbecue, gas included. and a veranda upstairs with a view of Oxdjupet. The house has two bedrooms upstairs, The rooms are divided by a curtain in the doorway. See picture. Living room downstairs with one bed 120 cm and sofa. The kitchen has dining area, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment. There is no dishwasher x Do not freeze Lovely forests for running rounds, forest walks with berries and mushrooms after the season. Great chance to see Deer, Deer, Moose, Sea Eagle and lots of butterflies. 15-20minutes walking distance to the beach on Rindö or on the heat toilet side. The ox depth beach club, cafe is 5 min walk from here, why not take a breakfast here? Open breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee. Sometimes it is attended by gigs and magic performances! 🥂 Fredriksborg fortress, orangery and hotels are close for cultural experiences and good food. Ostmakeriet, Nurse & I Rindö can also be reached within walking distance and recommended! Accessed by the ferry which is free and operated until about 22.20. Please check the current schedule! Lanthandel is located on Rindö, otherwise the nearest grocery store, Vaxholm, hemesta or Mölnvik. No walking distance. ⛴⛴⛴

Fresh air in quiet forest environment

All on its own, at the end of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Only nature and at a stone's throw distance, there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Only 40km from Stockholm Centre (bus goes 3-4times/day i both directions) Horse farm 4km. Hemmesta Centrum 10min with a car.

Here you come both by bus from Slussen or by Vaxholm boat in about 1 hour from the city. Here you have access to dock and swimming, fishing, borrowing a boat with small motor, canoes, bikes, optimist dinghies, etc. on request. The private porch view is worth a lot.
