LA BOUGANVILLE is a delightful sea house a 5-minute walk from the crystal clear sea of Chiessi, a typical village west of the island. Tastefully decorated in white, blue and blue tones, it is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a lovely garden. Developed over 2 floors, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea on Corsica and Pianosa. Inside 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room with kitchen-dining room, loft with sofa bed. Outside there are several shaded spaces, a shower and covered parking.

The villa is located 50 m. from the sea, in the large private area of Capo d 'Arco, 5 km from the pretty Porto Azzurro, very lively in the evening. Immersed in a garden of 6000 square meters full of Mediterranean scrub, centenary olive trees, pines, cypresses and overlooking the cliff, it has a relaxation area with a private pool with salt water overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa present in the area. It's not suitable for very lively children.

Opening April 1, 2022! Casa Michelangelo is a fully restored 4 bed, 2 bath stone cottage with a loft & free parking. There is a wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, including a hand crank pasta maker, clothes washer, heating and AC. Chianni itself is not a major tourist town, but it is within close proximity to many tourist sites, such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Castiglioncello and Chianti. All are an easy day trip while returning to quiet Chianni for a restful nights sleep.

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.
