Very nice apartment with ocean views first row, excellent location, facing the sea, 2 blocks from the port. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large terrace, garage, cable tv with smart tv 49 and smart tv 32 inches, wifi, capacity 6 people. Very quiet and safe area. Steps from the sea!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! WE DO not leave linens or towels. (lencois e toalhas) It is on the first floor by staircase.

Edificio "Puerto", ed. emblemático de Punta del Este. Studio de 40 m2 sobre el Puerto, totalmente reciclado en 2016. Gran balcón. Cocina americana y baño completo, cama king size que se puede convertir en 2 camas twin. Free Wi Fi y tv con cable. Seguridad 24 hs. 2 ascensores. a 100 m. "playa de los Ingleses". A 400 m. playa Brava! Mi apartamento no tiene cochera.

Bright and welcoming, this lovely apartment can accommodate 4 people. It has a balcony overlooking the ocean and is located on a quiet and elegant street, 1 block from the beach, 2 from the main shopping street and 3 from the bus station. It's my home when I'm away from home. I hope this works for you too!
