A cozy cottage. Quiet place with large garden, private entrance and patio to park at least two cars. My caretakers are young and very helpful. They live on site and represent me and serve the tenants on the lease route, from the entrance to the exit, as needed The property offers a barbecue with table and benches so that meals can be eaten outdoors. The Chalet is 1.5 km from Abernesia, and 4.5 km from Capivari with a fully paved route.
