For those that enjoy the great outdoors Rowntree Park and riverside walks are close by. Just behind the house, a walkway to York Racecourse (20 minutes).

Only a few mins walk from both the city walls and University, local amenities include a 24-hour Marks & Spencer, supermarkets, cafes, award-winning pubs, and the popular Barbican venue. This house has bags of character and is absolutely perfect for couples, friends, and single travellers visiting York for fun or work. You will have access to the entire house, but I'll be just around the corner if you need me. If travelling with your pet, please advise so we can discuss your needs.
