Composé d'une chambre avec lit double, grande pièce de vie avec lit repliant pouvant accomoder 2 personnes, cuisine ouverte, salle de bain avec douche italienne et WC séparé. Situé dans un havre de paix, tout en étant dans un des quartiers les plus animés de Paris.

Charming apartment, very central, in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is 53 m2 including veranda, 2nd floor without elevator. 2 bedrooms separated from the living room by glass partitions (not visible on the picture, they were made recently) . It is suitable for 3 persons. One bed is 160cm wide, the 2nd is 120 cm wide and can possibly be suitable for 2 children or a couple. I live in this apartment, I have chosen each thing carefully, with the result that it feels really cosy.
