Holiday rentals in 12ème KM

While visiting the island during Cyclone Garance, our host took very good care of us by checking in regularly, with good advice given. The house is great, small downside with a group of friends for the only bathroom and the unique unseparated toilet. The accommodation is large and spacious, the beds and rooms pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen, with 2 fridges (1 outside), plancha... washer + laundry detergent, dishwasher + tablet. The ocean view from the master bedroom is great, the A/C is in the 3 bedrooms (we were unable to operate the one in the living room). The pool is cool and given the climate, it's the right option. The house is 3/4km from Saint Leu, very lively with restaurants, bar, and many activities. The lagoon is beautiful and one of the best for us. The group of young Savoyard adults we were delighted with our place, as well as our host. I highly recommend it!

Marie and David are great hosts , I would even say loves ….(thank you for the little sweets) We spent about fifteen days at their place, the accommodation is as described super equipped and impeccably clean, there is nothing missing . Well located for crisscrossing the Island. Only one regret the stay was too short I now understand the why of the intense island. Thank you Marie thank you David and maybe see you next time

Nathalie, welcoming and takes care of us, from our arrival to our departure. Listening and far-sighted. we recommend this quiet and unoverlooked place.

The villa is new , everything is very clean and clear. Vanessa welcomes us with courtesy. The pool is spotless with a salt treatment and heated. We recommend for its calm and proximity to nature.

Great stay in the south of Reunion. The apartment is impeccable, clean and tidy. A place to park. Solange is good advice. I'll be back!

We had a great stay… Christel was extremely welcoming, vigilant and friendly! The view is just magical! The spaces are large (bedrooms, Salmon and terrace) BBQ and hammock are really great! The pool is nice and the neighbors are super nice. It's a shame, however, that the bedding is not as comfortable as the rest of the villa. Wouldn't hesitate to come back if we get a chance. The Villa is as described, it is in a quiet location and the view is beautiful. It is very well arranged and tastefully decorated. We were 6 adults and we didn't miss anything. Vanessa is super responsive. I recommend!!!

the sleeping area is small but the extensive patios, open kitchen and the grounds were expansive and beautiful. Denise could not have been sweeter and the big park and beach across the street were lovely. easy walking into St Leu, I parked the car and never moved it.

We stayed at Jean-Hugues for the Easter weekend. We were very well received and the children even had a little special attention. The site is very clean and functional, close to the city center and the pond in Joncs, not far from the departures of beautiful hikes, Jean-Hugues is a passionate and attentive host, we highly recommend it.
