Luxury rentals in 6th arrondissement

David was a fantastic host—welcoming and accommodating. He kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help after our early flight. The apartment was exactly as described: charming, comfortable, and perfectly located near shops and restaurants. It made for an ideal family getaway, and staying there truly made us feel like locals in Paris. We would absolutely love to return!

If you are looking to stay in one of the best areas of Paris, with the best shops, boutiques, and restaurants, then stay here in the 8th. You are in the heart of the fashion district. Very safe - you have to go thru three locked doors to get to the unit - which was important while traveling with a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. The apartment looks like it is from a designer magazine. Would love softer beds but we wouldn't stay in any other arr. The location is amazing. Ubers are always nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this absolutely beautiful apartment. It is in the perfect location, a bit further away from the touristy areas of the lower Marais, but in a fabulous neighborhood with great restaurants and wonderful vintage stores and amazing cocktail bars, just around the corner. It is also very, very close to a number of metros, making it very easy to get around. The Wi-Fi was very fast which I appreciated from a work perspective. Everything was wonderful and we would definitely come back.

We write few reviews, but it is hard not to write one for our experience at Homanie’s apartment in the 6/7th Arrondissements. The apartment is lovely. It is beautifully appointed and the pictures online are accurate. The views—both front and back—are simply spectacular. Perfect “roof tops of Paris” views! Open the windows/doors and Eiffel Tower lights and Paris breezes rush in. Excellent restaurants abound and the best boulangerie is literally across the street. We love to walk and the walkability from this apartment is exceptional. A bank ATM is around the corner. Le Bon Marche is an easy walk. The sights and sounds of the heart of Paris are all around you. Beyond all this, the concierge service was wonderful. Shiv was a true gem and we cannot say enough about Antoine. He catered to all our requests and quickly arranged for a doctor to visit the apartment when our daughter had a medical need! The owner welcomed us with a lovely hand-written note and bottle of champagne. 5 STARS!

Great apartment, great location, great host. Unexpected daily cleaning service which we didn’t need but was a welcome surprise compared to other similarly priced alternatives. If you want a Paris apartment experience this is the place for you. Two bedrooms both with on suites and a half bath off the common area. It’s a dream.

we stayed in this beautiful place for a month. The location is unbeatable, so much to do in this area. The pictures don't really show that when you open the windows, the river is your view (the most beautiful view, even though you are in the first floor). Everything worked perfectly and if ever needed any help, within 3 minutes we would get a response from the staff. The cleaning crew showed up everyday and made our place spotless. We were only two people with lots of big bags so we used both of the rooms and we were very comfortable but more people can stay here easily. The only negative thing about this place was that we needed to say goodbye to it. Thank you all for this great experience and we will be back soon. 🙏🙏
