RARE: Duplex by the sea, Prophète beach, garden,

Bright duplex with a breathtaking sea view. We lived in Marseille as if on a boat, between swimming at Plage du Prophète, aperitifs and dinner watching the sunset. A unique place to fully enjoy the Corniche Kennedy. You can have lunch or dinner with a cold meal or one cooked on the plancha/BBQ, or heat up a delivered meal in the microwave, but you can't cook: there's no real kitchen, just an outdoor kitchen and a breakfast area like in a hotel. Access by stairs (# 40 steps). Central bike hub

Studio on the ground floor of our accommodation, completely independent of our house. The countryside & the sea close to the city center of Marseille. In a green hilly area, steps to climb in a typical staircase street of the neighborhood, to access the calm of a flowery cul-de-sac: you are here at our charming studio, totally independent, on the ground floor of our house, in a shaded garden, quiet, close to the old port and a few steps from a nice little beach.
