A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

We recommend the apartment on the upper floor with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two balconies, a living room and an open kitchen. We live in a separate apartment on the ground floor. Hello, Please contact us for the price. Our house is brand new and clean. It is a 5-minute walk to Çiğli State Hospital and Katıp Çelebi University, a 5-minute walk to Egekent Izbana, and a 1-minute walk to the tram stop and the Sanayi Entrance. There is no cooking at home. The natural gas is not active! I have air conditioning 👍!!! I can rent it out by the hour between 13:00 and 18:00.
