The apartment is located on the upper floor of the building, accessible by stairs, and consists of two floors. On the first floor there is an American-style kitchen with an integrated living room, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The second floor, located on the lower deck and accessible by spiral stairs, has a bathroom with shower, a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds. In any of the rooms with single beds, the beds can be pushed together or separated.

Morriña is a recently renovated house (2019) on the banks of the River Miño, where the water ‘crashes’ against the house's porch.
