Annex - views of fields and forests

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, and enjoy the view of the hilly terrain, with the forest as your closest neighbor. In the kitchenette, which contains a refrigerator, two hotplates and a sink, you have the option to make breakfast and lunch. It feels as if the annex is located in rural surroundings, and yet it is within walking distance of the city center and beach. One of the annex's rooms serves as the Master bedroom. In the second, there is a sofa bed that, for an additional fee, can accommodate one/two extra guests.

Hyggeligt gæstehus

Stay quiet in beautiful surroundings! You will stay in my cozy guesthouse set up for 2 people. The guesthouse has a tea kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, a small living room and access to garden and covered terrace with barbecue. You can enjoy a glass of wine under the vines or take a walk to the beach or forest under 1 km from here. I live in the main house next door, so if you have any questions or wishes, you are always welcome to knock. Breakfast can be booked and purchased at our neighbouring restaurant.

Idyllic cottage with sea view

The Summerhouse is 100 m2 and is located with a beautiful view of the water, which can be enjoyed from the house's wooden terrace. The cottage has 6 beds, where the two are located in the annex of the house. The area is wonderful, where it is possible to swim at the beach or go for walks along the water. In addition, Aabenraa with shopping is just a ten minute drive. The booked price includes cleaning, electricity, 300/300 Mb fiber network and Smart TV. Bed linen and towels are not included.

Skovhusens annex

The forest house is located away from the road - up a small gravel road in the middle of a small cozy peace forest. Here is very idyllic with the sounds of the forest and a wonderful wildlife. In the Annex there are 2 double rooms for rent with shared stairwell, where there is access to the shared bathroom and toilet as well as a small kitchenette. In the kitchenette there is the opportunity to make some coffee/tea, just as there is a small eating space with a few chairs.

Hos os

Ons knusse huisje is 32m2, dus net een ‘tinyhouse’. Gratis gebruik van toiletpapier, keukenrol en handzeep. Het is gebouwd in de rechtervleugel van ons huis. Geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Er liggen wat gezelschapsspelletjes voor een regenachtige dag. Gebruik "hos os" als uitvalsbasis om (zuid) Denemarken te ontdekken. In de woning zijn folders uit de omgeving en een informatiemap aanwezig. Voor kinderen: trampoline en een boomhut

90 m2 vacation apartment - close to the beach

We have renovated the premises in 2020, so they look nice. The premises consist of a family room, entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room on the 1st floor. Total approx. 90 m2. Large north-facing terrace with sun from the southwest and west. Access to a large lawn. There is a lockbox if we are not home when guests arrive.
