Charming holiday home

The summerhouse is located on the unique hilly Løjt land with hills and valleys in a nature beautiful and quiet area, near forest and beach next to Genner Bay and Lillebælt, and in clear weather you can see Funen. The house is part of the old Løjt Feriecenter, which makes there are some extra benefits in the price, including swimming pool and a Beach cafe during the summer season. We have renovated the house, so our guests benefit. It's freshly painted, got a new heat pump, toilet and radiators, so costs for electricity and water are minimized.

Renovated house located in scenic surroundings 200 meters from Flensburg Fjord. The house is suitable for vacation rental. The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy and medical center. Close to the house is the best beach in the area with free access to the jetty and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the associated courtyard. The larger towns of Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensburg can be found within 20 km.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Authentic romantic half-timbered work from about the 1640s, with low ceilings. The house is located on Løyt land, with quiet and green surroundings. Close to the beach 2.5 km to Loddenhøj (9 min by bike, 35 min on foot). Shopping facilities 3.5 km (Brugsen and Netto). Lie Kirkeby 3.5 km. Hiking trails right outside the door. Opposite the house there is a packed lunch house, with the possibility to light a fire or a grill (No live fire can be lit at the house, due to the thatched roof).

Unique historic art house with stunning ocean views

Peace, sea, nature, history, soul and charm right by Flensburg Fjord/Forde. Our house sleeps 6 guests. Nice kitchen and bathroom, large living room with TV and internet and 180 degree sea view. 3 large bedrooms and all with the most beautiful view of Flensburg Fjord. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensburg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

Great opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly modified. The living room is divided into two rooms. A living room and a bedroom... The house is from the 50s, and it was continuously renovated. There is an outdoor terrace, a balcony with the view of the whole city, a large garden, 2 bedrooms and a large living room. The living room is on the 1st floor of a bay window that is 3 meters up to the lift and a huge window section. The whole family can enjoy the city view sitting at the table. Shopping, forest, beach are close by, and it's about 2 km to the horse school and the city center.
