The outside terrace is directly on the water oriented to the south. 15min drive to Thun.

In addition to the 2 balconies, you will also find a beautiful garden with a sauna, berths and a barbecue available all year round.

Our house is very quiet, below the main road and is accessible by a staircase. "Studio Lerche" The studio is about 45 m² and has a living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with table and chairs and wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Thun! A private, free parking space is available for our guests, about 150 meters from the stairs.

Nearby is the Bernese Oberland and various excursion destinations. 2 private balconies (morning and evening sun) and private seating area equipped with hot tub and dining facilities. Arrival is only recommended by car!
