Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. De tuin is volledige omheind Papenveer is een knus, huisje voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

In het mooie West-Friesland te Oostwoud verhuren wij volledig omheinde 4-persoons vakantiehuis genaamd "Hazeweel". Deze vakantiewoning bevindt zich op een klein vakantiepark. Het is gelegen aan doorgaand vaarwater met mooi uitzicht en privacy. Hazeweel is een knus, modern, ruim opgezet huis voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Mooie ruime zonnige tuin voorzien van terrasmeubels. Er is mogelijkheid om een visboot er bij te huren.

The Forge, 30 min to Amsterdam

Come and stay at the Forge. Aukje gives goldsmith workshops in the barn of our farm, hence the name. Abbekerk is a dreamy village as you often see here. Our guesthouse is next to our farm (the house on the left). Brand new, fully sustainable and very spacious. By car it is 10 minutes to Hoorn and less than half an hour to Amsterdam. We are located on a bicycle route and the local supermarket is within walking distance. We feel very much at home here and hope you do too

Villa Abbekerk – Penthouse Apartment (185m2!)

Welcome to Villa Abbekerk! Built in 1875 by a famous doctor, this historic villa once hosted Paul Kruger and often Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands. The spacious penthouse apartment (185 m²) is on the top floor and includes a private bathroom, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and Dutch bedstee bed. (Sleeps 5) The apartment is currently being renovated and will be ready from July 1st. Photos shown are from other rooms in the villa and reflect the style of the space.

You can reach the IJsselmeer in fifteen minutes and the beach in half an hour.
