Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transportation is a little further away, around 1 km walk/cycle is a bus stop and 4 km walk/cycle is a train station. Your own transportation is recommended and can be parked in Abcoude. Three bicycles are included with your stay. Close to Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena (Ajax) and AFAS Live.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

In the summerhouse of our farm, which was built in 1865, and situated just 200m from the city border of Amsterdam you will find our holiday home. The house consists of 2 spacious bedrooms each with individual bath room, there is a living and a large kitchen. The folding doors brings you to the big private garden which gives you a panoramic view to the surrounding pastures with grazing sheep and cows. On the first floor you will find one open space for relaxing, dining and a fire place.

By public transportation at the doorstep, you will be directly at the Arena/Ziggodome in 20 minutes and in 40 minutes to Amsterdam or Utrecht city center. Schiphol is 45 minutes by public transportation, 20 minutes by car. Outside the door is the river Angstel and the Vinkeveense lakes.

De Vink is a national monument with a very unique free location directly on the river. In a rural area, but a stone's throw from Amsterdam. The old drive-through barn has been converted into an independent residence with its own entrance. The upstairs double room has a very large bath with a view over the river. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.

Thanks to its central location, venues such as AFAS Live, the Ziggo Dome, and the Johan Cruijff Arena are easily and quickly accessible. On our farm, where the B&Bs are situated, we have cows and sheep, and two lovely Frisian Stabij dogs roam around.
